The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards invites all educators, policymakers, elected officials, college deans, researchers, and others who work to improve teaching and learning to save the date for the second annual Teaching & Learning (T&L) conference to be held on Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14, 2015, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
T&L 2014 welcomed over 3,000 educators from all 50 states and 14 countries - and it will continue to grow this upcoming year.
T&L is unique in that it unites all who work in education. The conference also opens its doors to hear from thought leaders in other fields who can inspire us to continue to build a better profession. T&L covers a broad range of issues that affect students and teachers - from PreK to college, from teacher leadership to issues of equity, from global learning to technology to the Common Core.
T&L is where the profession meets to secure the future of education. The conference does this through one-of-a-kind keynote speakers, rousing panels, and hands-on workshops. T&L 2015, just like our inaugural conference in 2014, will offer opportunities for all to share stories, gain new tools, learn from the nation's top innovators, and become inspired to achieve greatness in classrooms and communities.
